Renewing your License
As a real estate agent, you are required to have a certain number of continuing education credit hours to maintain your license. For most, those classes mean 1.5 to 3 hours of sitting in a classroom at a time completely inconvenient to their schedules, staring at a teacher, and daydreaming about relaxing at home or being with friends. Wouldn’t it be a pleasant change of pace if the required classes could be held in the comfort of your own office, with your own coworkers, at a time that your office chooses? And for free?
Education without expense
Through Covenant Title’s Attorney Robert Flynn, III, we can provide classes in the required subjects such as Ethics, Legal Update and Fair Housing, or on topics in which you have an interest like Contract Analysis, Foreclosures, and others, at NO COST.
Education with experience
Bob has taught in offices for groups (on rare occasions) as small as one. At his previous Title Company, Bob developed and implemented Continuing Education programs designed for Maryland Realtors, and he carried along the tradition to Covenant Title. He has taught for various REALTOR® groups, including Anne Arundel Association of Realtors, Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and Maryland Association of Realtors. The keynote CE class provided in 2005 was for nearly 1000 REALTORS®.
Education with excitement
The “classroom” atmosphere is relaxed, allowing for in-depth discussion of the controversies associated with each topic. Bob's background in litigation supplies the real-world scenarios necessary to illustrate the information being taught. The classes are intended to accomplish the goals of providing the required credits in an environment where the information given is actually interesting and memorable.
