Robert L. Flynn, III
Attorney, Owner and CEO
Bob is an attorney with over 25 years of experience in real estate and is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Over the years he has represented Buyers, Sellers, Real Estate agents, Lenders, Builders, Developers, Home Owner Associations, Title Insurers and others. He got his undergraduate business degree from the University of South Carolina and went on to receive his law degree from the University of Baltimore. He began in litigation in Washington, DC, and that is where he began his career in settlements. After relocating to Annapolis, he branched away from working with other companies to begin his own business venture, Covenant Title Corporation. Still practicing law in addition to owning his own title settlement company, he manages to find time to spend with his wife and three children, and even squeeze in a round of golf or cruise on the Bay every once in a while.
ANNAPOLIS OFFICE
Jenny West
Jenny West received much of her initial training in the military, and the results show in her organization skills! She has worked in many phases of the title industry, including handling all purchase transactions in Washington for the Department of Veteran's Affairs repossessed homes. She also provided technical and customer support for Title Express, the premier title company software and the software used by Covenant Title! Among all of these and other skills, Jenny is a licensed title agent which permits her to conduct real estate closings for purchases and refinances in Maryland.
SALISBURY OFFICE
Kelly Green
Manager
Kelly is manager of Covenant Title Corporation's Salisbury office, so any Salisbury- and Ocean City-related (and many other Eastern Shore area) questions and settlements can be directed at Kelly. She began working with Bob back at a previous title company and he thought so much of her talent that he brought her on board in November 2005 at Covenant Title.
Colleen Murphey
Processor
Colleen graduated with a degree in Business Administration from University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and went to work in the hectic world of restaraunts at her family's own Washington Hotel Inn. After a few years, she desired something more stable, and went to work for Kelly at their former title company. Once Kelly came to Covenant Title, Colleen couldn't stay away and now the successful team is back together in Covenant's Salisbury office.
